Website Terms of Use
Foodment S.A.S. BIC (Weia) · weia.com.co · In force from 26 October 2026
These terms govern the use of weia.com.co (the “site”), operated by Foodment S.A.S. BIC (Weia), NIT (tax ID) 901.375.706-9, domiciled at Carrera 7 # 80-49, oficina 504, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, email contacto@weia.com.co, phone +57 310 516 8375. By using the site, you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
1. What the site is. The site presents Weia, its programs of in-kind financing of agricultural inputs, backed by harvest purchase agreements, and its technology services. You cannot sign up for a program, create a user account or make payments on the site.
2. Informational content. The site’s content is general information. It does not, by itself, constitute an individual offer of financing, investment or securities, in Colombia or in any other jurisdiction, or financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Each program is governed by the contract the parties sign after the applicable evaluation, without prejudice to the binding effect of objective and specific terms stated in advertising and to statutory information duties.
3. Examples and demonstrations. Content marked “Demo”, with its figures and the example token, and the 3D farm illustration show how the programs and the platform work. They are illustrative: they are not projections, guaranteed results or terms offered to any particular person. Publicly available industry figures are cited with their sources.
4. Intellectual property. The texts, design, images, 3D illustration, site software and the Weia name and logo belong to Foodment S.A.S. BIC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners. You may browse the site and share its links; reproducing, modifying, distributing or making commercial use of its content requires Weia’s prior written authorization. This is without prejudice to statutory exceptions and the licenses applicable to third-party components.
5. Links to other sites. Press links and other external links, such as those to public XRP Ledger explorers, open third-party sites that Weia does not control. Their operators are responsible for their own content and practices. This does not exclude any liability Weia has under applicable law for its own acts, information or advertising.
6. Permitted use. Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas or systems, disrupt the site’s operation or security, submit forms in an automated or bulk manner, systematically extract content or data, or impersonate another person. When you write to us, provide truthful information and do not include sensitive data in your message. Weia may block submissions or access that break these rules.
7. Personal data. These terms are not an authorization to process personal data. The processing of your data is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy of Foodment S.A.S. BIC and Foodment Inc., published at weia.com.co/en/privacy-policy, and by the authorizations you give in the “Privacy and cookies” notice and in the contact form.
8. Availability and liability. We strive to keep the site’s information accurate and up to date. The site may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or other causes. We may update, suspend or remove content for future use without overriding accrued rights. Weia is liable where required by law, including under its information and advertising duties. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory liabilities or consumer rights.
9. Changes. We may update these terms for future use of the site. The version in force and its date appear on this page. Changes do not amend existing contracts or override accrued rights. Earlier versions are available on request at contacto@weia.com.co.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by Colombian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts and authorities competent under applicable law, without restricting consumers’ statutory rights or available venues. This English version is a translation; in case of any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
